This organisational chart describes the IT advisory board in detail:

In cooperation with the university executive board the IT advisory committee of the RRZE coordinates projects concerning the overall management and administrative processes of the university and their technical implementation.
Examples of such management and administrative projects are IDMone - an identity
management project, and
Campus IT
- CIT - a project that supports the introduction
of the Bachelor and Master programs at the university. (For detailed information
please follow the corresponding links).
The decision-making processes for these projects are shared by the head of the IT advisory board, the CIT board and the IDMone board.
In addition to these management processes, Hendrik Eggers, head of the advisory board "projects and processes", coordinates projects that are financed with tuition fees and other related RRZE-internal projects for streamlining administrative management.
Contact information of the members of the IT advisory board can be found as part of an overview listing all employees of the RRZE.
